Springs & Clean Water

My mission is to leave the world better for our kids. That means preserving Florida's crystalline springs and waterways for future generations. We must protect Florida's precious water, our greatest resource, from corporations who are draining and polluting it.

Clean water is the foundation for all life − we rely on water for drinking, sanitation, and recreation. But right now, there is NO RIGHT to clean water in Florida's constitution. That means that multi-national corporations like Nestle come into Florida and extract waterfrom our springs to bottle in single-use plastic and sell for profit. After they filter the pumped water, they often flush the impurities back into rivers. And they aren't paying a dime. Worse, they're pumping out so much water that our aquifers are collapsing, leaving no water for Floridian families or farmers. In order to sue the government agencies and municipalities responsible for failing to enforce laws meant to protect against harm to Florida’s Springs (which my opponent opposes) we need a Constitutional Right to Clean Water.

Drinking water should be a right for all. That's why you should sign the petition for adding an Amendment to the Right to Clean Water to the ballot in 2026.

Affordable Housing & Insurance

Property Insurance has skyrocketed. It's too high. We need to bring it down.

Even as a renter, it affects you because your landlord will shift the cost towards your rent payment. Radical Right Wing politicians have allowed corporate lobbyists to write property insurance policy laws in Tallahassee. Elite Republicans have been PAID OFF by insurance companies and it's increasing the cost of living.

But I am a working man for the working people, and I will fight to make affordable housing a reality for the Floridians in my district and in the state of Florida. That's why I'm not taking ANY money from ANY lobbyists. Let's make the cost of living affordable, not just for millionaires like my Republican opponent, but for working people like you and me!

Women's Healthcare Freedom

The government should not interfere in personal medical decisions between Floridians and their doctors. Abortion bans are in direct conflict with Hippocratic oaths doctors take to protect their patients. Doctors and nurses should not have to risk criminal prosecution to treat the patient in front of them.

But extreme right-wing politicians have just criminalized abortion in a near-total banbefore many patients even realize they’re pregnant, with no real exceptions for incest or rape. So-called "exceptions" require patients to jump through legal, logistical, and financial hurdles on an untenable time frame. These bans have dangerous consequences: in Ohio, a 10 year old girl was raped, and had to travel to Indiana to get the abortion she needed. The truth is, we can never know what someone is going through — we’re not in their shoes.

That's why I support limiting government interference with patient's medical care and giving people the freedom to make their own healthcare decisions with their doctor to determine what medical treatments are right for them. Let's keep the government out of exam rooms and vote "YES" on Amendment 4.
